The analysis of different models of public administration is the subject of this study. The focus of the analysis is the study of the classical administrative model, the so-called new public administration model, the widely known model of new public management, the model of new public service, and the model of governance. These models are analyzed based on certain basic concepts such as public interest, citizen, public policy, and accountability. Through this study, the interested party becomes familiar with both the successive changes in the approach to public administration and the constant change in the interpretation of the main terms studied.
