I have been using it every three months for the last 10 years for descaling in my home Gaggia machine, and it keeps it like new.

I bought it for Easy Barista 6823. I made the mistake of cleaning the filters and the grid. The inox parts got damaged. It is recommended for use on aluminum. I didn't notice it in time. I hope the boiler was not made of aluminum. However, it needs to remove the salts because the water turned white. Of course, it never got clogged enough.

It does what it says, it changed the taste of the coffee - on a home espresso machine that had never been cleaned from the salts, all the salts were removed from the water tank as well. Very simple cleaning process.

I cleaned the coffee machine with white vinegar, although in the previous service I had done, when we opened the espresso boiler, we saw that it held a "white slimy mucus". I was impressed that with this, I saw this "goo" coming out of the group, so I believe it did the job.

It does what it promises. I used 50ml in 500ml of water for a Nespresso machine, a French press, and a kettle.

Wherever I used it, it did its job perfectly. Coffee maker, kettle, sterilizer. 10/03/22. The mechanism from the toilet tank got stuck from the salts. I put it in hot water with Urnex for half an hour and it became new again.
