    The adjustment knob for the fan is defective. It doesn't stop where you want it to but instead ends up pointing at the ceiling by itself! Keep in mind I have Morris and Izzy, and their knobs work perfectly. So I resorted to a makeshift solution with a wedge (see photo) on a brand new fan!!! It seems that over there in Vietnam where it's made, they don't do quality control.

    Very good and powerful fan. Almost silent with remote control and timer. Sturdy construction and easy assembly. Cools a house over 50sqm even on the first speed on the hottest days. Worth its money.

    Nice construction, sturdy base, provides a lot of airflow even on the lowest setting, but it also makes quite a bit of noise. Forget about using it during sleep.
