Projection technology is the way in which the light from the projector's lamp is converted into an image to be projected through the lens onto a surface. This particular projector uses DLP (DMD) technology and its lamp is of the LED type, which has a longer lifespan but lower brightness compared to standard lamps, while still providing good color performance.
The image is created when the light from the projector's lamp passes through a rotating color wheel and is reflected by a chip that contains hundreds of thousands of tiny mirrors, each corresponding to a pixel. This chip is called a DMD (Digital Micromirror Device). These projectors are suitable for spaces with ample lighting, such as classrooms or conference rooms, and offer good color performance.

The contrast ratio indicates the difference between the darkest and the brightest part of an image and is an indicator of image quality. An image projected by a projector with a low contrast ratio appears faded and flat. In contrast, with a high contrast ratio, it appears more realistic and with greater "depth".
Brightness indicates how much light the projector can deliver on a specific surface area. The general rule suggests that brighter projectors are preferred in spaces with plenty of light or multiple light sources, while darker projectors are preferred in dark spaces.

I got this product in the summer for movies in the yard, but even though it has very good picture and sound, it reads the subtitles backwards when I connect it to the computer and generally has an inverted image (the subtitles come out from the right to the left), which means you can't watch foreign movies.. Greek ones you can watch normally without any problem. Resolution and zoom are very good as well as sound. Aside from this, my wife and I enjoyed it in the summer at the cottage! The rating is only for the subtitles.

Very powerful projector for the money, the only negative I find is that it doesn't have zoom. That's why it gets 4 stars. It is worth the money, very strong sound, although the fan can be heard, with the movie it is not heard at all
5 stars because it is value for money for summer screenings on the balcony without many requirements. Easy to use, the resolution is fair, the noise is negligible. It connects to Apple devices via HDMI cable (+adapter, depending on the device).

Amazing value for money.
The picture is quite bright even with light in the room. The sound is not very loud, but you can easily watch a movie.
Now for the negatives, there's quite a bit of noise from the fan but it's not too bothersome; if you want to position it straight, then the edges of the picture won't be completely clear, but it's not an issue.
I haven't had another projector in the past, so I don't have a point of comparison, but I watch movies on the balcony on a wall and awning (half the picture on each, with external lights and noises) and I enjoy them without effort. For me, it's worth the money, especially if it's for occasional use and not professional (I don't know the needs of professionals).
In terms of quality, it doesn't look fake, but I don't have anything else to add.
In an outdoor space, it needs to be dark to make a decent projection, as even with a little light at dusk, the image is not visible. The most significant disadvantage is the inability to have a clear image, especially at the edges. I "play" with the keystone to try to achieve it, but I have a trapezoidal image. I will also check on a regular projection screen, as for now, I have it at the vacation home for movie projection and I don't have much of an issue. The speaker is very loud. For the 62 euros I paid, I am quite satisfied.
I give it 3 stars because it doesn't have good resolution, of course you get what you pay for, the letters blur a bit. I would suggest to spend a little more money to get something better
For the 80 euros it costs, it is very good and you will enjoy it. Make sure to also get a mini jack to mini jack cable for connecting to a speaker because the included one is terrible, and if you connect via Bluetooth, there is significant delay. It is small in size and with the handle on the packaging, you can easily carry it wherever you want. Additionally, to avoid any hassle with laptops, newer mobile phones can project to the projector using an HDMI to Type C cable (it worked great for me, as long as the phone is charged).
It is very satisfactory in medium to low lighting and very good in dark space. I couldn't bring the focus to 100%. I always lost a little in the corners. The sound is average. It is connected to a TV box and Bluetooth from the TV box to the Sony SRS XB23, and you have spatial audio with very good sound in an open space.
For its price, it is very decent and I think it offers value for money.
The images are taken at various afternoon and evening hours.
The projection is done on a tent with a transparent screen on which a dark sheet has fallen and on top of it is white.

Guys, the Projector is perfect!!! It has a slightly intense blue, which you can adjust as much as possible... and okay, it won't give you the colors of your laptop, but for watching movies and kids' shows while camping and on vacations, it's simply wonderful!!! We got it for camping and everyone was saying... the projector's light is very powerful... even with a lamp next to us that we were cooking with, the kids could see as if they were in the cinema!!!!!! People would come and take pictures of us, the scenes around us, haha!!! It doesn't have keystone correction, but with the right placement on a table, it's perfect, no doubt about it! It's very easy to use... and overall, you will love it! People kept asking us where we got it and how much... well, for its price, it's simply unbeatable!!!

Ideal scenario for evening movie projection on the balcony, etc. where low brightness and resolution are not such an issue.
Perfect image quality (for the money always). The speaker is just ok, I have connected a small bluetooth one and it's perfect. With a chromecast, it becomes a great setup for movies, matches, youtube, netflix, etc. On the negative side, the noise from the fan is quite loud so you need to have it at a distance from you. If you want to place it in the bedroom to play on the ceiling and have it above your head, I think the noise from the fan will tire you. Also, it only takes power from a regular home outlet, so if you were thinking of putting it on a powerbank for when you are outside camping, etc., it won't work.
Really value for money. Very good image quality for its category and price. I use it outdoors and project it on a vertical awning. As long as there is still light, the image is not particularly clear, but as soon as the sun sets and especially in the dark, it is excellent! I highly recommend it as a low-budget option
For its price, there is no second option. We watched 2-3 Euro matches on the wall, the qualification of the Greek National team in the Olympic Games, and 2 movies, and everything was very good.

Without a doubt, it is a regular projector as you expected. It has the remote control with which you control everything, it has HDMI and two USB ports, it also has an SD slot. It is the best purchase you can make now, without a doubt. Don't waste time like me, sitting and searching to find the right one. This one is suitable, end of story.

In my possession for a week. Very good, compared to its price and the needs it serves. I bought it to put a children's movie for the kids and for me to watch a game or a movie in the yard during the summer. I have connected it to a smart box with HDMI and I project it directly onto the wall of the yard. Note that the wall is not white. Projection on a white wall on the balcony. From a distance of 2.5 to 3 meters, the projection is about 80-82 inches. It has a fairly bright image with good clarity for its price. The fan is a bit noisy for indoor use, but it doesn't bother on the balcony. The speaker is mediocre, but the problem can be solved with a cheap portable speaker. IN A FEW WORDS PERFECT FOR ITS PRICE (80€).
More specifically:
1) Simple operation, you plug it in and it plays.
2) Minimal adjustment options for projection angle (you have to find the IDEAL POSITION / DISTANCE / HEIGHT from the wall). At a distance of 3 meters from the wall and a height of 1.70 meters from the floor, it gives me the clearest and largest image of 2.20 x 1.30.
3) Fan noise is tolerable (FOR MY EARS), you forget about it with the movie's sound.
4) The speaker's sound is sufficient for children (for me, a better external speaker would make a big difference).
5) I connected it with Chromecast and I am SUPER.
I have bought it for a month now and we use it quite often for movie projections. From a distance of about 4 meters that I use it, it is very satisfactory and we are very pleased with the sound and image (Size, Resolution & Color). The sound can be improved with the connection of an external speaker. For daytime projection, it was tested once and no matter how much we tried to limit the light (curtains, blinds, etc.), the projection had nothing to do with nighttime conditions, although we managed to complete our projection. I am very satisfied with this purchase, I highly recommend it, and I believe that it is absolutely worth it in terms of quality-price ratio.
Very good for its price! I use it for ceiling projection. I have connected a Chromecast to the HDMI to watch series on a popular streaming platform. The speaker has satisfactory sound, but not high quality, so I connected an external speaker with a cable. Yesterday I bought it, very good for its price. The speaker is average, not suitable for movies with heavy bass, but if you add an extra speaker, it will be great. The picture quality is very good in darkness. You should not have any light at all because it doesn't show well. It has a resolution of 1080, good for the money you pay, less than 100€
