Very good choice both for additional security and for a modern replacement of the regular doorbell. It can be installed on existing wiring or without it, its battery is inexhaustible. Good doorbell but for this money I would expect better software. Every now and then it disconnects. Also, it would be good to have some other color combinations. Black does not fit in all houses
Very good! It seems reliable, the connection is entrance of a multi-storey building - 1st floor, but it seems from my tests that even on the 3rd - 4th floor I would still have no problem.

There is a delay of about 1.5 seconds in everything, video - sound - notification on the mobile. The notification from the home base, of course, is immediate.
The only thing left to see is the battery life
The devices must be very close to each other otherwise it doesn't catch a signal.
Also, after less than a year, the wireless doorbell broke. It simply didn't respond. Obviously, it had a warranty.
It is the best, at the price of 135 € that I bought it at that time, there was nothing comparable with 2K resolution and bidirectional communication via WiFi. Now I don't know if other companies have released 2K ones and how much they cost, but this one is very good. Clear image, clear sound, instant notifications with snapshots and 30-60 sec videos. The only drawback is that when you answer, your voice takes 1-2 seconds to be heard outside, and similarly when someone speaks to you, it takes 1-2 seconds for you to hear what they said on your mobile. This often creates gaps in communication, resulting in them thinking that you can't hear them, and if you don't pay enough attention to what you say and how quickly you say it, someone will realize that you are talking to them through the app and maybe you are not in the space at that moment.
I have had the doorbell for a year (purchased 01/22) and I have to say that it is excellent! Immediate response, very good camera day and night, very good speaker, good application, and since I haven't connected it to power for a year, I have only charged it twice and now I am preparing for another charge with several functions activated! I highly recommend it!
Relatively easy installation, very functional and with one main advantage compared to others, that it can be connected to the power of the existing doorbell so it does not need to be charged every so often. It has a very good field of vision and a very good application for mobile/tablet.
Quality of construction, I placed it at the entrance of the apartment building and connected it to power and the old mechanical doorbell. It always detects motion and the notification on the mobile phone comes in 8-9 seconds. If you ring the doorbell, the notification on the mobile phone comes faster. Very clear image day and night. Depending on where you want to place it, the additional 15-degree angle may not cover you and you may need to come up with a solution.
I have had it since around December 2021/January 2022.
The doorbell is easy to install and you can connect it directly to a power source as long as it is with a 24V/500mA, 18V/500mA, 16V/800mA power supply.
Positive aspects are that you can see any movement outside your door, and at least I have seen a bunch of unwanted people sticking their faces on the glass to see the staircase for inexplicable reasons.
Negatives:
1) When multiple users share the device and one enters to view the live feed or answer a doorbell, the other person cannot connect.
2) There is a lag of at least 2-5 seconds sometimes until the notification arrives on the mobile phone, and sometimes it takes another 5-6 seconds to open the feed on the mobile.
3) It cannot connect to the Cyprus network, so you cannot open it remotely via mobile when you are away.
Despite the negatives, I am satisfied and recommend it.
P.S. For those living in an apartment building where the distance between the ground floor and the apartment is large, it is not recommended
Very reliable doorbell... apart from this feature, it also functions as a camera that allows you to see what is happening at your door at any time. It can be powered by batteries or connected to electricity, depending on whether there is a power supply available, which is why this particular model has a battery.
The notifications are very fast... the homebase is connected to the router, so the notifications come to your mobile phone from there, I give it a 1-2 second delay.
It has a strong enough sound for me, the homebase, no need for more.
It has several functions that you can adjust for the doorbell, depending on what each person wants from the device.
It has two-way communication, you can take videos, record audio, and it can answer on its own in case you don't answer the doorbell call, notify you of any suspicious visits to your door, and allow you to see what is happening on the spot.
The installation is easy, it is screwed onto the wall with 2 screws and the installation is solely your responsibility for how well you do it so that the doorbell doesn't come off from anyone. (I mean, if someone wants extra security, they will find their own way to attach it better to the wall) to remove it, you have to remove the entire wall, but even if you install it like that, you won't have any issues. I mention this because I see many questions about installation (like me) because here it is not the USA but Greece, and whatever they see outside your house, they grab it, and it's good that you ask to know.

Quality construction, very easy activation of the Homebase and easy installation of the doorbell, in an existing setup.
The only "issue" was with the installation in the place of the old one - which of course does not concern the Eufy itself. However, it would be good to do a study first on the location where you will place it.
Fantastic image, amazing sound, exceptional angle range. The response speed and motion detection activation are very good, and if you have a 100 Mbps line, it's perfect (I notice a slight lag with my 24 Mbps). I have some reservations due to minor internet issues in recent days.
In general, if you want a quality doorbell to enhance your security and at the same time install it in an existing power supply and avoid charging (which according to the manufacturer needs to be done every 2 months or so), then the Eufy is excellent!
In addition, the ability to connect with Alexa, Google, etc., and the possibilities for expansion/adding elements such as the pro camera, etc.
Also, the homebase has the ability to record up to 15GB, which is more than enough space for all the serious events you may need to keep.
I bought the Eufy Video Doorbell for my house, vacation home, and company on Black Friday 2021. The Doorbell works great with iPhone and iPad.
First, I would like to mention the build quality, which is quite good, although not excellent as the bell could have better reinforcement. Although it has a metal casing.
Personally, I removed the previous doorbells (a funny process) and installed these ones with direct power supply from the electricity.
The storage is sufficient for a long period of time, as the accompanying box has 16GB of storage space. The application that comes with the Video Doorbell has extensive customization options that will satisfy all your needs. With every ring of the doorbell or motion detection, you immediately receive a push notification on your mobile or tablet.
Moreover, from the application, you can set users who will receive the notifications with user or administrator rights.
You can send pre-recorded messages, record your own, or respond immediately!
The lens is quite good, even at night. An important note is that unlike the competition, it does not require a subscription.

Although hesitant at first, I decided to give it a try in order to secure my home more. The installation was a breeze and because it operates on batteries, there is no need to replace the doorbell, which I found very useful. The problem is not the connection in replacing the doorbell, but how to cover the hole it will leave behind, considering it is in a shared space.
The image and video quality are very good and the response is exceptional. That's why I ended up purchasing multiple eufy products to cover the entire house. The only negative is that for now, the homebase does not support all cameras, only the expensive eufycam series, and not all the good accessories like the battery pack for autonomy in case of power outage are available in Europe yet. However, new features are constantly being added to the app and the accessories frequently receive updates, which means that the company actively supports its products. Overall, I am very satisfied.
Coming from a Xiaomi doorbell that worked whenever it wanted, I chose the 2K and it did not disappoint me. First of all, it works FLAWLESSLY. Let me say it again; FLAWLESSLY! It has a built-in battery that, based on my front door (apartment floor), can last for over three months. It charges with a micro USB like a mobile phone and you don't need to invest in rechargeable AA batteries, etc. LIVE VIEW at any time, even if there is no motion. Settings, automations, and various other features from the eufy security application. On the indoor unit, you can add other products from the company such as cameras and work within this ecosystem. Free cloud storage without subscriptions. Instant notification on your mobile phone. Needless to say, the image quality day and night is impressively good. You can play with the voice response, for example, have your child say "who is it?" and your voice will be heard after you have recorded it. A 15-degree tilt adapter means it can be placed in a corner. I have no words. Of course, I will also invest in the company's cameras. As a negative, I would mention its price, but we have seen the cheap ones... It is worth investing in the security of your home.
Update: after 1 and a half years of use, it works perfectly. Battery charging every three months! One of the best purchases ever!
As a disadvantage, I would mention the fact that it operates on 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and not 5GHz. My 100Mbps VDSL gives me 17Mbps and 97Mbps, respectively. I can imagine how instant the notification would be if it worked on 5GHz. But still, it works just fine.
It does what it says, it just should have had an anti-theft base for this price, it's easy to be taken away.

Although a bit expensive, it is worth its money. The creation of a control zone is very helpful in order not to constantly receive notifications that are not useful to you. The base (homebase) is small, beautiful, and useful for future device additions (e.g. wireless cameras).
I waited for the price to drop a bit before buying it, and luckily it didn't disappoint me. I had a cheaper one for 50 euros before, and the difference is huge. Immediate response, good application, a motion sensor that stands out, free storage space if needed, a base that requires a special "trick" to remove it, and also very importantly, it rotates so that it can look a bit sideways towards the door so you can see. Very satisfied!
Excellent doorbell. The base is like having an internal doorbell, and besides notifying your phone, it also rings the base! The battery is rechargeable with a cable, so you don't need to constantly insert and remove batteries like in other models. The latency between the doorbell and the phone from the moment someone presses the doorbell is minimal (1-2 seconds max). Be careful, though, it is recommended to place the base half a meter away from the router to avoid interference. At least for me, it works better that way. There is also some latency when trying to communicate with someone, but when downloading video streams, there is almost no latency. Overall, it is customizable to automatically record, but I have it disabled because it is located on the main road. The voice is very good and clear! For those who cannot install cables where the doorbell will be placed, I highly recommend getting it with closed eyes
The best product available in the Greek market, it does not require existing wiring, does not need subscriptions to record, has amazing picture quality and overall functionality. The only downside is a lag of one or two seconds, depending on the connection of our smartphone, when we want to check a notification or see what's going on. However, this is also due to the fact that it is wireless and when it doesn't detect movement, it goes to sleep to save battery, which lasts about 2 months with around 30 events per day! Another plus is that the packaging includes a small extra bracket that tilts the bell by 15 degrees, so it can even capture the person in front of the door, even if they are standing close to it! It should be a 5-star product, but two things are missing: a button to prevent recording anything in the menu when you open the app (it has it in the submenu), and HomeKit support, which may be added in the future, but we don't know when!
