Cocoa butter is produced from cocoa beans of the Criollo variety, which are ground and through pressing create cocoa mass (cocoa paste). During this process, cocoa powder is separated from cocoa butter. It is ideal as an ingredient for making homemade chocolate, but also as a body care product.
