The sugars that I read about in a previous comment are indeed natural (no added sugar), but they give the bread a very sweet taste, unfamiliar to those who love traditional bread. On the positive side, with a very small quantity, you feel satisfied, but on the other hand, if you eat a large quantity, it is certain that you will see the scale go up. I don't think it is the solution I was looking for as a healthy replacement for bread, though.

That means that a slice of bread weighing 30g contains 6g of sugar (as much as a full teaspoon of sugar). If you want to lose weight, improve your skin, and generally take care of your diet, it is good to avoid sugar. If you are not interested in the above, you can eat it instead of dessert.
