Cleaning the LotusGrill

It is easily disassembled and once the excess fat is removed, both the grill plate and the inner bowl can be placed in a dishwasher or washed by hand. As it is made of stainless steel, avoid using abrasive tools as they may scratch the barbecue. If your LotusGrill has a stubborn stain on it, you can either soak it overnight or use a metal polish. Ideally, clean it after each use to prevent the grilling of fats and liquids on the grill and therefore make it more difficult to remove later. After all, it is designed to use reflective heat, so if the bowl is not clean, it will not work at its best level.

Smokeless grilling

The combustion chamber is enclosed and, in combination with the special design of the grill, the burnt fats from the grilled food do not fall onto the charcoal. This avoids charring and flare-ups, which ruin the cooking process and make the meat tougher and drier. Therefore, in combination with the temperature regulator, we can easily achieve perfect grilling.

Fast cooking with safety

Ready to cook in less than 5 minutes. The hot air generated by the combustion swirls over the charcoal. This helps to quickly produce high temperature, bypassing the smoking stage during cooking. This way we avoid harmful substances produced by charcoal combustion.

Safe to use. It is equipped with a temperature regulator, has a double outer wall for perfect insulation - you can move it even while it is cooking, the combustion chamber is closed and protected so no sparks or flames are emitted. Even if you turn it upside down, there is no risk of falling or getting burned by the lit charcoal.

With the construction of two separate bowls, the Lotus Grill keeps the heat inside the inner bowl. The fats from your grilled food are collected in the inner bowl without coming into contact with the charcoal, so there is no chance of ignition! With the Lotus Grill you can have perfect grilling results with style.

CPU Cooling Fan

Equipped with a fan (powered by 4 AA batteries), which supplies air to the combustion chamber. This way, the charcoal lights up quickly and effortlessly, ready to use in 3 to 4 minutes! The intensity of the fan is adjustable, so we can also adjust the temperature. The more air is provided, the hotter the charcoal gets! There is no risk of sparks or charcoal coming out of your grill, because the charcoal is placed in a closed container inside the inner bowl.

The charcoal container and the roof lid are located right in the middle of the inner bowl. It can hold up to 250 grams of charcoal, which you can ignite with any ignition gel. Depending on the quality of the charcoal used, you can grill on your Lotus Grill for 40 to 90 minutes! The outer bowl is made of stainless steel with a powder coating, which never heats up during use. Two hooks secure and hold together the inner bowl, outer bowl, grilling grate, and charcoal container, creating a compact and safe grill.
