    Very good silicone platinum mold. It comes with a fiberglass ring that fits around it to maintain its shape when it is full. After baking, let the cake cool for 10 minutes and then turn the mold upside down, for example, onto a plate, and the cake comes out immediately without needing to flour the mold.
