It is really nice. Especially if you are a millennial, it takes you back. I suggest making it while playing a playlist with gen 1 Pokemon music in the background. The immersion is awesome.
At first, I thought it would be very easy for someone who knows the first generation Pokemon well. However, the pieces are cut in a way that at first you have no idea where they go (and I say this for good!)
It took me about 3 days to finish it. Very good construction quality and very beautiful colors.
I definitely recommend it and I wish there were similar ones for other generations.
