Her ID reads Rea Frantzi, lightly dressed, has some money, sits with her back against the wall of the small eatery, in the square of Ano Kampo, opposite the white church, thousands of years after the Apocalypse, nine hundred years since the monk Christodoulos built a monastery where the temple of Artemis once stood, three days since she broke up with her husband. The white church pierces the blue sky, for the first time she sees the Greek flag alive before her eyes. Under the flag, the armed blond world parades, going to bake, going for a swim, running to rest.
