The mattress from Greco Strom is made from coconut fiber, a natural material derived from the coconut shell, and features a removable cover for easy maintenance.

100% natural elasticized coconut fiber, impregnated with liquid latex, achieving elasticity and perfect resilience. It offers comfort and flexibility, while its structure allows air circulation inside, thus providing a natural insulating environment that ensures the maintenance of proper temperature and humidity and prevents the growth of microbes, fungi, and mites

We bought it based on the brand and reviews for the playpen (for a little more money, I could have gotten a mattress with springs from Greco again, but those were for a crib so I thought of getting this one for the reason I want it).
