Previously, I used to take animal protein mainly to make smoothies and curb my hunger, even though I exercise at the same time. However, I felt that the origin of animal proteins was questionable, so I thought about switching to plant-based ones. This is the first time I bought a plant-based protein, and as a taste, it is indifferent if consumed dissolved in water. However, by adding a little stevia, cocoa powder (like ION brand), banana, and ice to the blender, it becomes a perfect and satisfying smoothie without causing bloating. It is very important that my breath doesn't smell with the plant-based protein, something that used to happen every time I consumed animal proteins!

The taste is something that you have to experience for yourself. You have to drink it like a pill to avoid feeling disgusted. No matter how much you dissolve it, it feels like dirt in your mouth. It's like drinking cardboard. I thought about switching to a more natural source of protein, but I will definitely go back to whey. It's as if your ex-wife has taken it to seek revenge on you every day. I hope I helped!

  I bought the protein (because it is plant-based without additives and sweeteners) after trying the pea protein first, thinking that its taste would be better than the awful taste of the pea protein.

  And yet. The taste is twice as worse!

  It feels like sawdust and sticks to teeth and palate. I mixed it with milk and a spoonful of cocoa but I am still considering throwing it away.

  In general, it dissolves better than the pea protein and doesn't make you bloated.

  I am a vegetarian and I do intermittent fasting. I gained some weight during the winter, so I started taking these proteins in order to reduce my sugar intake. As crazy as it may sound, the extra protein really helped me not feel hungry, especially when I do my 16-hour fast every day. The mix I make consists of 25g of protein, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, wheat, NAC, black and white sesame seeds, and it gives me energy, keeps me full, and I believe it will also help me a lot at the gym.

  Good plant-based protein and obviously economical. However, its taste is very bad for my liking (as expected since it says unflavored). It must be mixed with some fruits with strong flavor (e.g. banana) and other ingredients (e.g. peanut butter or tahini) plus a sweetener (I add a little honey) in order to consume it.
