Since the 1980s, the "protective" spirit of the legislator regarding women's work has ceased to apply. Women's work is no longer considered "supplementary" or "auxiliary". However, have the distinctions between "female" and "male" professions been abolished? Does equal (balanced) participation of men and women finally apply in decision-making centers?
