HJC F70 SEMI FLAT METALLIC BLUE
Specifications are collected from official manufacturer websites. Please verify the specifications before proceeding with your final purchase. If you notice any problem you can report it here.
I use it with a zzr1400 with a short visor usually, and up to 180-200 I would say it is quite quiet, with a taller visor it will definitely be better, aerodynamics are quite good for a sport-touring helmet and it has very good ventilation.
At high speeds above 230-250 I would say it is acceptable with good visibility.
I got it for 350 with the tinted visor and I consider it very decent for the money with very good build quality and a very comfortable fit, definitely excellent for touring motorcycles
After 6 years with the FG-15, I decided to get something new. After searching, I concluded that the HJC helmets were the ones that fit me better on my head (or at least it's my idea due to habit). So I bought the F70. I have had it for about a month, and first of all, the visibility from inside the helmet is great despite the high visor that may concern you in terms of appearance. The fit on the head is very good, and the side pads embrace the cheeks and underneath. At speeds over 120km/h, there is an aerodynamic noise that is a bit annoying, but I believe you get used to it over time. The only thing that bothers me a bit is the texture of the helmet (flat stone grey), which is quite rough and also makes it difficult to put on and take off from the protective bag. Overall, it is a very decent helmet for its price.
Build quality, weight, visibility - okay - The company itself claims that the F series is intended for touring use. The result regarding aerodynamic noise is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. It's a shame that I didn't pay much attention to the review from REVZILLA. I regret the money I spent (PREVIOUS AGV K3 SV helmet).
