The ROG Delta adopts a USB Type-C port, allowing connection with a wide range of next-generation devices. The reversible connector makes it easy to connect, while the digital interface delivers a clear audio signal to the headset. For older devices, a Type-A adapter is provided, ensuring compatibility with classic USB ports.

The sound clarity is exceptional regardless of the source. The ROG Delta uses ESS Sabre silicon capable of delivering high-resolution audio up to 32 bits and 384 kHz. Unlike most stereo headsets that rely on a single DAC, the Delta features four. Each DAC dedicates its processing power to specific frequencies: low from 20-150 Hz, mid from 150-5,000 Hz, high from 5,000-20,000 Hz, and ultra-high from 20,000-40,000 Hz. The four signals combine, producing clearer sound with an SNR of 127 dB, much higher than typical portable devices and high-end motherboards.

The quad-DAC arrangement brings sound to life in various types of content and can even help gamers pinpoint specific sounds and positions. The digital-to-analog conversions happen close to your head, away from the electrical noise around the sources. The Delta uses 50-mm Essence drivers, offering rich stereo sound. Stereo consumes less power than surround, making it ideal for smartphones and laptops.

The ear cushions combine comfort and performance. They are designed to hug your ears, ensuring you experience the full gravity of every sound detail. For better acoustic isolation, the inside of the cushions is lined with synthetic leather, while the outer material is made of breathable mesh for comfort during intense matches. The Delta also comes with a second set of cushions lined with synthetic leather.

The ear cups hang from a lightweight and strong aluminum hinge. The clamping force has been chosen to be lighter, thus avoiding pressure on the head. The drivers collected statistics from players and testers for the ideal clamping force.

Aura Sync allows you to create a personal glow with a variety of colors and effects. Setting up the Aura lighting is easy via the Armory 2 app. Once your favorite pattern is programmed, you can easily activate it with the Aura button.
