Μπορείς να ρυθμίσεις την σκληρότητα της ροδέλας, το DPI πανεύκολα αλλά και να αλλάξεις γρήγορα προφίλ Synapse από το Profile button στο κάτω μέρος του ποντικιού. Ένα φάουλ είναι πως μετά από 2 χρόνια άρχησε να μην ειναι τόσο smooth πάνω στα mousepads. Οπότε να έχετε υπόψην πως τα feet μετά από καιρό δεν κυλάνε ομαλά στα Mousepads. Φυσικά για 2023 δεν προτείνω αυτό το ποντίκι καθώς το Basilisk V3 είναι η πιο καινούργια, φθηνότερη και ανανεωμένη έκδοση αυτού του ποντικιού.

Very ergonomic shape, fits perfectly in my medium-sized hand, and very lightweight (I always preferred lightweight mice). The rubber on the left and right sides provides excellent grip without making the hand sweat. The laser accuracy is fantastic. With a good mousepad, you don't lose any pixels. The main buttons are also very good. They give perfect feedback, and I never had any issues with clicks not registering or accidental double clicks. It is quite noisy, though, which doesn't bother me but might not be ideal for someone who wants a silent mouse. The Razer program (Synapse) is very good and extremely easy to learn and customize each button as desired. You can assign macros or specific programs to them or even have them type preset text. It truly gives you a lot of options. The DPI sensitivity range is huge and can be adjusted to your liking. Even the extra button (scroll wheel click) can be useful for both work and gaming once you get used to it. Lastly, I find it quite aesthetically pleasing, and the LED lights add a lot to its appearance (the color of the lights can also be adjusted through Synapse).
Why doesn't it receive 5 stars? The first reason is the scroll wheel. Unfortunately, the scroll wheel feels quite cheap compared to the rest of the mouse and doesn't function as well. No matter how you adjust the hardness, it has a slight wobble, and the sound it makes resembles cheap plastic. The notches on the wheel don't provide good feedback and aren't accurate enough. The two side clicks of the scroll wheel are almost comical, completely inaccurate, and can easily be confused with the middle click. I think any scroll wheel with side clicks has similar issues. It would be better if they were absent.
The second reason is the DPI adjustment buttons (with default settings) located behind the scroll wheel. They work fine, but they are too soft to press and too close to the scroll wheel, resulting in accidentally pressing them with the back of your finger while scrolling and changing the DPI (or whatever else you have assigned there) unintentionally. I have never encountered so many accidental clicks on any other mouse button I've had. It needed more attention in the design at that point.
Overall, though, my experience with this mouse is positive, and I especially appreciate how comfortable it remains even after long sessions.
Edit: I will deduct another star because (as if I hadn't noticed it in the review above) after six months, the scroll wheel started malfunctioning. The scrolling became erratic and inconsistent. I sent it back to the retailer, and they refunded me. Maybe I just got a defective model, but overall, the construction of it seems cheap.

I've tried everything, it's a hardware issue...Edit: It's ridiculous to buy such a mouse and have such problems. This issue with the button switches has happened to me not only with this model but also with another company, for example, with Logitech... These things should be mentioned... I have 5 different gaming mice and 3 of them had these issues... It's unacceptable to get such a thing even with an OEM mouse...
Edit2: The Scroll left button also broke... I will send it for repair, I won't give it to them as a gift after all. And to think that I don't even mishandle them!

It glides very well on the mousepad, just like the rubber grips that do their job very well. It is lighter without necessarily being bad, but I don't feel it is as sturdy in construction compared to the massive Bloody mouse. The truth is, I don't trust Razer, but I thought, why not give it a try and see how it goes. I hope it lasts for 3 years. I will update in case of any issues.

The mechanical switches have a very satisfying click with immediate response. The adjustable scroll wheel is a big plus. This one has optical switches, which means it won't have such a problem, and it's the first Razer mouse I bought for that exact reason.
As a first impression, it's really good, lightweight for its size, very comfortable (fits in the hand like the G502, maybe even more comfortable). The scroll wheel has a resistance adjustment, but it never reaches the hyperscrolling of Logitech, even in the most free setting, it slows down and stops as soon as you let go. The Razer software is much better than expected and doesn't have any particular issues.

I would recommend it to those who wanted a mouse like the g502, but lighter (~120g for the g502 and ~80g for the basilisk v2) and to people who want/need a mouse that has the button on the edge that by default lowers the dpi to 800 (very useful, especially for those who play fps games with snipers and guns). I read several reviews before purchasing it and besides the cost (which is excessive for a mouse), I can say that I am impressed. The sniper/clutch button is more comfortable in terms of its position and button type, and overall it is more comfortable (although it is obviously a copy of the 502) with a nice scroll wheel (although the 502's was better in my opinion). In general, it is perfect and I do not regret buying it. Only time will tell about its durability, as I am in my second month of using it...
After 6+ months of use:
The color on the left click became glossy from matte (in the second month of use), which Logitech also experienced after two years. I don't like the feel of the clicks, and they easily activate when moving the mouse. The scroll wheel click is very sensitive and gets pressed while scrolling.
It has many disadvantages for its price, but in terms of comfort, it is still better than Logitech. However, the cable feels "inadequate" as if it were wireless...
After approximately one year (purchased on 20/05/2020) without any impacts or accidents, the right click sometimes gets pressed on its own (the switch's travel distance has been reduced by half), and the scroll wheel moves in the opposite direction when I try to move it up or down. Its durability disappointed me for its price, and the matte coating on the clicks became glossy quite early, as I mentioned in the previous update... It's a shame. However, I am sending it back for a replacement, and if the new one lasts longer, I will update my rating. But for now, I am changing it to 2/5
