In this collective book, theoretical and methodological issues of the relationships between body, experience, knowledge, and qualitative research are examined.

More specifically, the following issues are examined:

5. The interview as embodied communication,
6. Disability in the context of the school from the perspective of the body and how the subjectivity and qualities of the researcher influence and enrich the research,
7. The significance of bodily shape in the perspective of the "Example of the Sensible" and the related everyday experience in the approach of body-psycho-pedagogy by D. Bois and his collaborators in shaping the embodied knowledge of the subject and in the possibilities of personal development,
8. The theory of embodied realism by G. Lakoff and M. Johnson for the formation of conceptual metaphors and their teaching and learning possibilities in schools.
