Very good for bench press so that the bar does not slip and to prevent palm pain, plus you don't sweat like with gloves.

I use grip pads quite a bit at the gym.
Comfortable in the hand, you don't even realize you're wearing them, with cushioning that doesn't wear out. The first ones I bought lasted me over 2 years with 5 times a week use (I still use them even though I bought another pair), good grip on the weights without slipping, I didn't take them off even on the machines or during aerobic exercises. Definitely recommend them for a woman's hand, I recommend them without hesitation. Worth it, 5 stars
