    If you want it for rehabilitation, it is a quality set. Good material, useful case, value for 8€.
    Attention! If you want the bands that replace weights and equipment, you need resistance/power bands, such as: 208cm X 1.3cm X 0.045cm (ultra light) up to 208mm X 6.4cm X 0.045cm (extra strong).
    These here are short (60cm) and thick (5cm), they are not suitable for 99% of the muscle strengthening that long bands provide.
