    It was purchased to replace the factory cooler on an AMD X2 4400+ which was running at 4,500 to 6,000 RPM, making a terrible noise and reaching temperatures of 46-47 degrees (Arctic Ceramique) at 20-25% load. In terms of noise and temperatures, it performed as expected. The noise was dramatically reduced and the temperature dropped to 39-40 degrees at the same load (Arctic MX 4).

    The installation of the fan on the cooler is a bit approximate and the mounting clips are a bit loose, but they do their job. However, the installation of the whole thing on my motherboard was frustrating, so if you don't have space in the case, it's better to remove the motherboard and then install the cooler.

    Recommended product, but practically you don't have many options with capital controls and closed PayPal.
