Good product but the plastic clip of the bag installation door was broken. Probably due to poor packaging. I fixed it myself hoping it will hold. I didn't bother returning the product
This one is called Pro Silence but it is only silent on the first 2 levels, which obviously don't count. The brush is wide and somewhat difficult to use, and it actually proves to be noisy on certain floors. The attachment for wooden floors is very hard. It moves relatively smoothly, but the wheels are not rubber but hard plastic with a thin rubber coating. Compared to a Hoover 2300W that I had, it is definitely more cost-effective and less noisy. However, that Hoover was more powerful, although energy-consuming, and had more and higher-quality attachments.
Unfortunately, this Serie4 does not have the necessary attachments like other more expensive ones. The strange thing is that it doesn't have a brush!!! We're talking about a classic accessory that is usually part of the small pedal for sofas, throws, etc. In their frenzy to cut corners, they even left out this simple feature. It also does not have a pedal for allergens such as pet hair.
As others say, it easily gets stuck on carpets at any suction level except for the first and second.
For 150-160 euros, it would be a good choice maybe for students and small apartments. Unfortunately, for larger houses, we have to go for more expensive options, which usually are the same cheap model with extra attachments that it should have had anyway.

So, after 1 month of testing on floors and carpets, I have to say the following.
It's like having a Mercedes inside a plastic toy, made in Taiwan.
I won't go into many details, but I'll stick to the basics.
First of all, the price. I bought it for 140 including shipping, from a local store, and I don't think it's worth more.
It cleans just fine on carpets. (for carpets, you simply choose a lower power, like with all vacuums. If it resists, make sure you're vacuuming the carpet in the right direction. Each carpet has 2 smooth directions and 2 opposing directions).
A big downside would be the wheels on the base, which literally squeak on the floor, so as quiet as the vacuum is, the base is equally noisy.
P.S.
The 12m cable is very important for a vacuum. This one has 10, but I didn't imagine that those extra 2m make such a huge difference. I should have thought about it, like the autonomy of cars.
I haven't tried it on a carpet yet, but on the floor it is perfect. It is lightweight to carry, powerful in suction, and above all, quiet enough to clean without worry whenever you want.
I have had the vacuum cleaner for a month. It is incredibly quiet and absorbent. The major drawback is that it gets stuck on the carpets and doesn't move at all (especially when you push it). It is very tiring even at the lowest intensity setting of the vacuum cleaner. This happens with both summer and winter carpets (I have the indication for carpets on the sole). It works fine on the floor as long as it is adjusted on the sole for the floor, but on carpets, no matter the adjustment on the sole or on the vacuum cleaner itself, it is very tiring
