I use it on Ryzen 9 5900X.
The maximum temperatures are around 60 when I leave it and the cooling doesn't start working earlier - as soon as it starts working, it easily drops below 60, with an ambient temperature of 25 degrees.
It also didn't fit in the top part of the case, and I had to take it out, which doesn't bother me at all because the case was medium-sized anyway and I gained space inside for more airflow.
What you need to pay attention to is the correct placement of the pipes, the cooling one should be above the CPU one as shown in the relevant video and the manufacturer's instructions.
Also, pay attention to the batch, as some had issues - the ones that have the issue fixed come with a blue sticker on top that says QA OK or something similar - also check the manufacturer's page for this issue, it is mentioned there and by someone else in the reviews here.
Also, for AMD, there is something else useful, to place it slightly more towards the center and not in the middle, where the processors are internally located in the CPU - and this is very useful.
It also has a small fan to dissipate some of the temperature from the elements around the CPU - I, for example, have added an even larger one for this purpose, because from measurements - other things beyond the CPU, such as memory, voltage controllers, etc., overheat.
If you do everything correctly, it is also very quiet (to avoid creating bubbles). It will make noise when you put it to work above 60% of its power... to lower the temperature - in normal simple use, it doesn't make any noise - for example, if you play a game with headphones on, you don't care that everything is at maximum, and the GPU makes even more noise - you don't hear them.
Now, for the negatives - it doesn't have separate cables for you to control the fans yourself - meaning to place the pump elsewhere and the fans elsewhere - it does everything on its own, it decides the speeds for everything - which is not always good - maybe it is - I don't know. So, only one cable comes out that controls everything according to a curve provided by the manufacturer.
