  Bought it last May. Used on shaggy carpets and sofa. Seeing various comments, we thought it might not be the best application for shaggy, however the result was very satisfactory. Definitely a much better job than using a washing machine - rubber - broom and mainly in minimal time. Apart from how well it cleans due to the detergent, we also saw a great difference in solid waste, while the carpets before washing had been vacuumed with a miele C1 power and shaken vertically.

  After a lot of searching in the international market, the vacuum cleaner that cleans their carpets in America is the best one I could find here, especially at this price. It cleans carpets (not fluffy ones, be careful) and sofas exceptionally well, especially when used with the company's cleaning solution. I washed all the carpets in my house and then hung them up to dry to avoid moisture. The vacuum cleaner has already paid for itself just from the savings on dry cleaning. I also used it on my car and, of course, it became like new again. After 15 years of owning it, it even removed the factory smell, which is unbelievable. It smells and looks brand new again. Five stars from me

  I like it quite a bit. It does a very good job, cleans very well even the thick carpets. The only downside (I bought it for this reason from the beginning) is that I have a puppy that hasn't learned to only go outside yet, so now with the carpet, it thinks it's a diaper and goes there sometimes. Unfortunately, the odors remain in the thick carpet. But I believe it's worth its money and if it wasn't for that, it's very good at cleaning. I'm also attaching a photo for you to see that the carpet is quite thick, about 4 inches high.

  It was extensively used on carpets and rugs (except for shaggy or fringed types) and on all operating levels, as well as with all accessories. Ideal for regular refreshing (washing-cleaning) in the "EXPRESS CLEAN" position, where maximum water-detergent economy is achieved, with the carpet slightly damp and drying within the house in 30' - 40'. On the other hand, in the other two operating positions, "DEEP CLEAN" & "MAX CLEAN", more water-detergent is used and it is implied that it is used for tough dirt or even years of dirt (stains)... here the carpet can indeed get wet, especially if you persist for a long time on the stain and it would be good to do it on a sunny day where the carpet can be laid outside to dry. The small nozzle for on-the-spot stains or even persistent local stains is also convenient, where the pressure applied during scrubbing is done by hand, as if you have a corresponding brush, and it actually helped with a persistent local stain (cooking oil) to remove it without having to use the electric machine for a long time. General impression of the first use and for what it promises to do.... EXCELLENT. It is difficult to find it in the Greek market and if you do find it, it definitely has a significant price difference compared to abroad [(Greece: final price with shipping 298.00€), (now it is 349.00€)] when my cousin bought it in Germany for 226.00€ and if I were to buy it, I would have to pay an additional 52.00€ for shipping to Greece...
