I wore it in the winter on a motorcycle, it doesn't sweat, it keeps you warm, it has a good fit to body movements. Definitely though, it needs a larger size to be comfortable.

If you have a few extra pounds around the belly, you might want to go up a size. The fit is snug. I would buy it again for running.
