Description

High-performance lightening powder for up to 7 levels of lightening. With special anti-yellowing agents for better neutralization of warm tones. Dust-free formula that does not create a cloud with gradual controlled action.

Instructions for Use

  • Mix the desired amount of lightening powder with Blondme Premium Developer 2%/7 vol, 6%/20 vol, or 9%/30 vol until you achieve a creamy consistency.
  • The mixing ratio ranges from 1:1.5 to 1:2.5.
  • Processing time: 20-45 minutes.
  • Do not use artificial heat from a steamer or hood dryer to reduce the application time.
  • Apply the mixture immediately after mixing to dry hair; do not wash hair before application.
  • Avoid applying to already lightened hair and avoid contact with eyes.
  • Rinse hair thoroughly, then shampoo.
