The product does the job for which you buy it and it is well-made, but I am concerned about the fact that I cannot find it anywhere on the official Carrier websites in the United States (its country of origin) and the fact that the application for the Wi-Fi functions is not an official Carrier app but a mediocre Chinese app with English equivalent to Google Translate.... who knows....

Quality construction, it does what it promises and additionally has a HEPA filter as well as Wi-Fi connectivity. However, the noise is moderate, it may not produce vibrations and tremors due to good construction, but it is not the quietest in its category. The good thing about Wi-Fi is that you can operate it when you are away from home.

I draw the attention of potential buyers to the fact that the dehumidifier operates without the HEPA filter that the manufacturer provides. With the filter installed, it only works as an air purifier, not as a dehumidifier. It is a omission of the manufacturer's instructions that I hope they will correct.
Otherwise, it is a quality product without squeaks and noises. The noise is equivalent to the noise of an air conditioner, at medium fan speed.
