As we work through problems, we perceive space-time, action landscapes, the inside and the outside, the past, the present, and the future, not as solid concepts and realities, but as a vast puzzle made up of millions of moments. Some of these moments create images that immobilize us as they generate uncertainties. Nevertheless, within the infinite universe of moments, there are also those associated with the concept of a crack, through which reserves, oxygen, and light enter. These moments fuel our ideas with hope regarding dead ends or stagnation and have the power to modify our perspective, language, constructions, and practices concerning the processes of connecting and acting.
