  I bought it a few months ago and it's not worth the money at all. While I easily paired it with the iPhone SE 2020, when I tried to download contacts from the phone, it just wouldn't do it and reported a compatibility issue. I had to connect the phone with a cable to the USB input. That way, it connected through CarPlay and the contacts from the phone appeared fine in the menu, as well as many apps I have on the phone like maps, YouTube, etc. So far, so good, but there is a big "but." If I want to watch a movie from a USB stick, I have to unplug the phone's connection cable to free up the only USB port it has in order to connect the USB stick with the movie. This means I lose CarPlay and all the phone's apps. And that's not the only issue, the worst part is that it doesn't support basic video formats, so forget about watching movies altogether. Therefore, I concluded that it's not worth the money I paid for what it offers. The decision is yours

  Expensive for what it offers... It's not bad. Installation is difficult. The big negative is that when connected to an iPhone 11 during CarPlay operation, specifically during a call, the listener cannot hear at all. It is an issue that it has with this specific model. Pay attention to this!

  Good device, excellent screen, instant response and connectivity with Android and iOS. You must definitely have purchased a support base because the packaging does not include one. The only flaw is the lack of screen customization with your own background and the option to choose button colors.

  Very good sound, strong Bluetooth function without interruptions as soon as you enter the car it connects automatically wirelessly to your mobile phone. Also, the Android Auto that I use has limitations on applications such as the inability to play videos from YouTube, it only plays audio, but this is for the driver's safety. However, calls, contacts, and notification reminders are displayed on the screen in the special menu of Android Auto.
  Even in wireless mode, it has a special button for calls where you can call by displaying all your contacts. You can also wirelessly control all the songs on your device. With Android Auto (data cable required), you have all the data you need on the screen, such as recent calls, contacts, maps, notification reminders, calendar, etc., while through Bluetooth, only calls and songs are available.
  The screen has perfect responsiveness and the quality is satisfactory.
  The USB plays videos with a flash drive, but it does not support all formats. It works perfectly with MP4.
  Finally, for installation, you will definitely need an antenna adapter, a metal support frame, and a special plastic frame for the dashboard, which are not included in the package (costing 30 to 40 euros) + installation by a technician for 40 to 50 euros, depending on the situation.

  CarPlay and Android Auto have limitations on the supported applications. You cannot directly watch YouTube videos on the screen. This is an example. On iPhone, jailbreak and carbridge are required, and on Android, root and carstream. Don't think that you can buy it and go to someone to install it for you, and that's it. You need a set of cables, different for each car, for controls, cameras, etc.

  Update: after one and a half years of use, the screen started freezing and restarting on its own when a mobile device is connected to CarPlay.

  The worst purchase by far. CarPlay constantly freezes
