The first complete translation of the Bible (1850) by the professor of the University of Athens, Archimandrite Neophytos Vamvas. In the language of Korais' era and with great formal fidelity to the original texts, -following the canon of the Jewish Bible (39 books) in the Old Testament- which makes it "classic".
