It is suitable for damaged hair with fine or normal texture and contains rice protein that helps in hair reconstruction. If you have hair that is sensitive to protein, it would be good to try the same company's anti-frizz mask that contains only oils. Finally, it requires a small amount as it can weigh down the hair to some extent.
