    1.5 years later, no problems at all, I haven't even cleaned the salt, I don't think it has any, only if you put a little water (less than the min) it may tilt for safety reasons, I was putting 150ml for months while the min is 0.8lt, it happened once and I thought it was broken but when I filled it up a lot, it returned to normal, and now it's the same as before.

    Ok for its price, the good thing about this kettle is that you get what you pay for in the end.. If you don't boil water too often during the day, two or three times is ok. Just make sure not to exceed the maximum indication and to wipe it off from any steam towards the stove.. The timer stops once the water has started boiling for quite some time.
