So, having a TV (LG 42 inch, 6 years old) that would flicker every time the refrigerator, air conditioner, or even the light turned on, the Lamtech LAMAVR 1500VA provided the solution.
After a week of use, I can say that the "phenomenon" simply disappeared! So, it does its job perfectly fine, even though it is one of the most affordable options on the market. That's it!
I have bought it for a year now, but I wanted to check it before I write. I have bought three in total for different devices. In the recent rainstorm (October 2017) in Athens with a power outage from the power company, unfortunately, it did not protect my LG television, resulting in the power supply getting burned, with a repair cost of 120 euros!!!
Update January 2022: All three of them continue to make a terribly annoying noise, like coils from transformers. Unfortunately, they also do not provide protection, and after 4 years, they stopped working.
It's a laugh... I have bought it since 2015 for everyday use and with storms and everything... it works continuously.... dog.. indeed the only issue (if you can call it an issue) is the relay that sounds a bit (depending) when there are fluctuations.. but for that, who is to blame, the device or the network???!!??!!?
Excellent. I had purchased this specific product in 2014 with daily use and it lasted until today. I was so satisfied that I bought the same one again.
It was purchased in 2008 and has been working continuously and flawlessly since then. I bought it to protect my desktop PC and have been carrying it with me in three different cities since then. We have been through switching lines due to lightning/snow/power outages in substations to complete blackouts, and I am satisfied.
I give it 4 stars because it only fits well in shuko. Other plugs do not make good contact. This can be solved with a simple power strip that I plug into the AVR.
I have had it for a month and the overcharging light turned on. I had only connected the computer and the computer monitor. Money wasted. Good luck to those who buy it.
The product was purchased on 29/10/2020! A few months later, on 13/01/2021, it stopped working after a small voltage drop (I have another one from a different company at home with indicators) the overload light stays on permanently even though there is nothing connected to it! It should be noted that it only had a television connected to it.
I have had it for four years, I have connected it to a TV, laptop, and home cinema. At first, it made a noise which was solved by putting a book underneath it, the plugs do not fit well.
6 months after the purchase, it displayed an overload indication. Since then, without anything connected to it, it continues to display it

It broke after 6-7 months. It started constantly displaying the overload indication. Initially, I thought it was a problem with the power company, but eventually, it turns out that it displays overload when you have multiple devices connected and they are all turned on, and it can't handle it. It even displayed it without having anything connected. As soon as I try to connect anything now, it shuts off on its own. Do not buy!
Kids are problematic, I bought one and the yellow LED AVR kept turning on constantly. This should only turn on when the stabilizer corrects the voltage. The store replaced it with another one and it did the same thing. I took it to other people's houses (in case there was something wrong with my network) and it did the same thing. Pay attention because something is happening with these stabilizers
I have had this product for 6-7 years now. The issue with the loose sockets is true, but it is not severe nor does it create a problem. This year it started making a lot of noise even without a load, just by being plugged into the socket while the orange light (avr) was continuously on. Normal wear and tear after years of continuous operation. The repair cost me about 10 € and it works without any problem. I believe it does the job, it is cheap, and it can save you a lot of money.
After 5 years, I can say that it is worth the money and delivers what it promises. I haven't had any issues with the brushes overflowing or coming off. However, when there is a power surge, the machine does make a sound
The strong smell of the warm, probably low-quality plastic, that it has been emitting for the past 2 weeks since I bought it, has not allowed me to use it in my computer room.
I have had it for several years and I am completely satisfied with its use. It has saved my devices in many cases, due to voltage problems and power outages from the provider.
The only negatives I could mention are that the sockets are quite loose inside the machine's slots, causing them to move very easily and devices to malfunction, and also the noise during voltage changes is quite loud. If you are in an area with frequent fluctuations, like me, the machine can be quite audible multiple times a day.
However, it is definitely worth its money and more.
In a house that has issues with electrical problems and frequent power fluctuations from the power company, I found my "savior" with these stabilizers.
I have one in the refrigerator and another one in the living room connected to the television, speakers, external antenna, and computer.
It filters the electricity when the voltage drops and keeps it stable.
The only downside to this product, as other users have mentioned, is that the plugs come out somewhat easily and do not fit deeper.
Other than that, it is an excellent product and does what it says.
good at its job, I have bought it for several years and it works fine. But... in order to plug a device outside the socket, it requires a lot of balance, resulting in them shaking and going out of function with the slightest movement. That's it! Too bad...
Very good! I had a problem with an electrical short circuit and from the moment I installed it, my mind was at ease. I would buy it again. The cost of replacing a television, for example, is incomparable to its cost. It's worth every penny and more.

I have 2 robotic IP cameras and due to power fluctuations, after 1-2 days they would go offline and I had to reset them repeatedly.
After purchasing the LAMTECH, they have been working flawlessly for 4 months without any resets.
Protect your devices, as DEI will not compensate you.
And don't buy the nonsense they sell for 7-10 euros, those only protect against overvoltage and that's not certain.
One drawback is that it consumes 8.6 watts on standby, so it's good to turn it off.
