The reality does not live up to the advertisement. My cracked heels filled with wounds after use.

I bought it last year and I was satisfied, it does a pretty good job.
After 14 months of use, it broke down and I decided to buy two more, so I have a backup.
Unfortunately, both of them broke down within a very short period of time (around 1 month).
The good thing is that as soon as I informed them, they refunded the money back to my card.

It is good for maintaining the heel and not for deep cleaning the rough heel. If used for deeper cleaning, it stops.
In a few words, it does the same cleaning as a much more expensive machine from a well-known brand. For professional smoothing by specialists!!

It does its job, but it sucks up only 10 to 20% of the dust, and if you touch it on the side after use, everything will empty on the floor! The battery runs out relatively quickly.
