It is excellent! I use it at night on both my hands and feet. It absorbs instantly. What impressed me is that in the morning, after so many hours, my skin is very soft on both my hands and feet. With other creams, it was like I hadn't put anything on. I haven't used it during the day yet (I have another one open at work that I'm waiting to finish), but I believe that because it absorbs quickly and has a light texture, there won't be a problem. If your hands crack with weather changes or feel dry, the cream does a very good job. Indeed, it leaves almost no greasiness if you let it absorb for a minute. Comparatively, I would say it is better than Dermofilia, which I also use.
