The fourteenth poetry book by Dimitra H. Christodoulou marks the culmination of the poet's long search for a concise, dense structure with a clear theme and spiritual correspondence between the life of the poem and the life of a day. Thus, this book includes fifty poems, all written in exactly twenty-four lines (with the deliberate exception of only one poem). They all look towards the city, children, and death. And their duration seems to imply the inevitable expiration of every year, natural or artistic, at its limit: Silence.
