Juicer, from the company Tristar, with a power of 150 Watt. It is a slow juicer, which means it operates at low speeds. It first crushes the fruits or vegetables you place in it, and then squeezes them to make juice. Compared to a centrifugal juicer, the juicing process takes longer, but it produces more juice that is completely free from pulp and peels. Also, compared to a blender, the juicer extracts the juice by removing the flesh from the fruit or vegetable, leaving only their liquids. On the other hand, a blender turns the whole fruit or vegetable into a thick smoothie, creating a mixture of juice and flesh. Fruits with thin peels can be placed directly into the juicer, but fruits with thick peels, like peaches, should be peeled and large seeds should be removed.
It has speeds to adjust the intensity, depending on the softness or hardness of the food you are processing.
The juice is extracted directly into your glass from the spout, so you don't lose a single drop of your juice.
The pulp container has a capacity of 700 ml, where the pulp (or pulp) extracted from your fruits and vegetables is collected. When it is full, you should empty it to continue producing your juices.
Specifications are collected from official manufacturer websites. Please verify the specifications before proceeding with your final purchase. If you notice any problem you can report it here.
From the first time and the satisfaction of the purchase was great. It utilizes the fruits and has a high juice yield. The observation of a buyer, that if you put the pulp back in, it still produces a lot of juice, was very good, I followed it and it was absolutely right. The previous one, which was centrifugal, had nothing to do with this TOOL in the kitchen. Soft and juicy fruits were used, such as apple, carrot, and lettuce, in small pieces. It passed without apparent difficulty. After 10 minutes of continuous operation, I didn't even feel it heating up. I recommend buying it.
It is worth the 50 euros that I had bought it until the last euro.
I put all the fruits fresh and it makes perfect juice without of course having used someone who has 150 to 200 euros so that I can make a comparison.
For me, the advantage is that on the TriStar website you can find a spare part if something breaks, even though after 1 year of continuous use it has not had any issues.
I recommend it with closed eyes and without a second thought!
I bought this specific compression juicer for €49.90. I was very satisfied with the price/performance ratio and I recommend it. It has a sturdy construction, is easy to assemble and clean. It is quiet and produces a good amount of juice without foam. The pulp is relatively dry (in another juicer of the same technology, it was 10% drier, but that juicer also cost €350). I used it continuously for over 25 minutes and did not notice any problems (overheating, strange smell, unusual noise).
However, I will mention two disadvantages. Firstly, the motor at 150W is not as powerful. It doesn't struggle with any fresh fruit or vegetable, but if you put frozen fruit pieces, it slows down. So, if you want to make smoothies, it doesn't work. Secondly, the fruit chute is quite narrow. A small apple, if cut into quarters, doesn't fit. It needs to be cut into eighths. However, I don't consider this a serious problem, as I put the fruits in with their peels and cores, saving time on cutting. Overall, if you only have €50 for a juicer, I recommend buying this one without hesitation.
Tips:
1. After juicing your fruits, pour the pulp back into the juicer. It will yield an additional 60 to 80ml of juice.
2. After finishing juicing, pour a glass of water and let it run. It is easier to clean afterwards.
3. This juicer has a rubber plug where the pulp comes out, which is not easily visible. Pay special attention to make cleaning the pulp outlet easier.
