There are days when all devices connected lose internet. I have to disconnect the Ethernet cables plugged into it and the power cable, and then reconnect them.

It is a 10 euro L2 switch. I plugged it into the network, and it has been consistently and problem-free doing its job for 2 years now. It is suitable for use in a home network without heavy network transfers. I mainly needed it for gigabit switching and Ethernet ports. It is definitely worth the money for home use, just don't be cheap if you have a professional office and get something with warranty, support, and security patching. Take it and be aware that it is not unexpected to have issues with heavy usage.
I am not an expert on these components, but to distribute the wired network close to my devices without having to pull 20 cables from the router, it is EXCELLENT!!!! You connect it to the power, simply plug in the network cables from the devices you want to connect, plus the one coming from your router, and it works perfectly!
Very satisfied. I bought 4 to extend the ethernet network over a distance of more than 300 meters. The two communicate with each other flawlessly at a distance of 100 meters, while one is directly connected to the server and handles all the traffic from a total of 15 computers without any issues. A very good choice.
Quite a good product. I haven't pushed it to its limit, but it seems to be able to withstand (which I found out with a little research that it is TPLINK, which is a quite reliable company)
I had it in the attic, if I downloaded at full speed for an hour it would start having problems, losing the internet. Disappointing but at least it was cheap.
I replaced it with a Cisco and found my health.
Positive that it does not heat up because it had to be placed in a plastic box with power supplies and accumulated heat.
The purchase for this specific product was made 7-8 months ago and a week ago it started leaking water and not reaching maximum speed. I don't know if it happened only to me, but I have to mention it. Unfortunately, I do not recommend it
It is the first network switch that I have purchased and I have to say that I am satisfied. I have been using it at home for about a year and it works flawlessly and reliably. Its biggest advantage is that all its ports are gigabit/1000mbit, compared to other products at its price range which have 100mbit ports.
In terms of connectivity, it's a breeze. You plug it in, connect the devices you want, and the rest happens automatically. There is no need to configure anything for a port to work correctly and so on.
Connected to it are my main computer and an Access Point.
At this price, I can recommend it to someone who is looking for a switch.
As others have written. Easy installation (just connect the ethernet cables). It performs at the speeds it supports (I reach 110-120MB/s, which is expected for 1000Mbps). In terms of dimensions, it is slightly smaller than it appears in the photos (this is probably a good thing).
I bought two of these little switches and they are reliable, they don't heat up, with a 5Volt power supply, can be powered by a USB cable. I would buy the same again.
For an unmanaged gigabit switch and its price, simply excellent. You plug it into the socket, connect the cable for the Internet, connect your devices, and everything works. Satisfied with my purchase. For the money I spent, it's excellent. As for reliability, I have no idea. I haven't been using it for long enough to have an opinion on it.
I bought it to connect caching servers, APs, and other devices with another switch, and it provides full speed (~125MB/s) flawlessly to all devices... a simple switch that does what it says.
I connected it, and within milliseconds, everything went online.
I will come back in the future to test its durability, as I just connected it today.
Edit: I cut its power cable and connected a male USB to plug it into my mini UPS... it worked perfectly as the switch is powered by 5V 0.6A. The activity lights at the back are a bit weak but visible in a dark room... if you are interested in constantly monitoring network activity, it's better to choose a switch with brighter lights on the front.
Update: Over a year later, it works flawlessly... I bought a second one for further network expansion... and I power both of them from the same USB port.
Update: After experiencing some synchronization issues with certain devices, I concluded that if multiple switches are powered by the same source, it creates noise in the power supply.
So, it's better to use a separate power supply for each device to avoid such issues.
Unfortunately, it often needs to be restarted because the speed drops. For its price, it is good.
