Good construction... I installed 6 50cm 8-inch screws because my wall is not trustworthy. I will also add 6 larger wheels on the back side... I hung it at a height of 2.40... I hung the hooks and the rubber bands... it's fine... it easily lifts a boxing backpack, maybe even pulleys
