Hit the root even lower in the soil without fearing that the cutting edge will be damaged. There is no cutting edge on the "beak of the duck" from the outside. Hook the cut branches of the olive tree and pull them away. Don't compare it to an axe. The durable and sharp blade, 23 cm long and 3mm thick, is perfectly aligned with the handle, which is 28 cm long.
