The PowerBoost function is particularly useful when you want to prepare meals quickly and easily in less time. This practical feature provides you with an enhanced energy boost to heat your cookware even faster. Try the function on your induction cooktops to boil a large amount of water. It will reach the boiling point 35% faster compared to the highest power level of your cooktop.
Cooking starts much faster
The QuickStart function detects where you have placed the cookware and automatically selects that cooking zone on the control panel. You can start cooking immediately by selecting the desired power level for your cooking zone without delay.
Your settings are saved
If something goes wrong during cooking, such as food overflowing, the cooktops automatically turn off, saving your last settings. This means you can easily restore your settings with the press of a button.

Induction cooktops generate heat through magnetism at the base of the cookware. What does this mean for you? More safety and greater convenience. Good quality, boils water in record time. Has correct settings. Easy to clean. The only downside is that the surface is sensitive, and if it gets wet at the buttons area, it stops. Also, if you have left two vessels in front of it and open it, it may start a different one from what you want and you have to adjust it. Also, if pressed for some reason, e.g. cleaning the keyboard, it opens automatically and you have to close it.

Also, the handling is very easy with the touch buttons. The timer it has is also very helpful, as it actually works with two buttons, so there is no need for a timer on the phone, for example, for the boiling time of pasta or any food. If you put 3 on at the same time, they don't even boil and make sound effects. I have had them for over 3 years, I called Bosch service in the first year because I thought they had a problem and the technician said it has a circuit board and it is meant to play with up to 2 burners. So, wasted space for 4. I am looking to buy others but I am afraid of the reviews now because even for these they were saying the best things. Definitely not for a family though. Oh, and at one point when I needed to cook a lot and they were on for a while, they turned off due to overheating.

The water boils incredibly fast, I no longer use a gas stove for any reason, and I believe that a kettle is also unnecessary in a house with this stove. It doesn't scratch easily from what it seems from use, and most importantly, it is easy to clean if food spills during cooking, either immediately or afterwards.

I should note that it needs to be cleaned every time with a glass cleaner or disinfectant, if let's say some water from the pasta falls, it will leave a "stain" that looks bad because the surface is black and it shows more prominently. Nothing to worry about, it cleans easily nonetheless. It does indeed boil water faster than conventional ceramic hobs, when you work it at maximum heat, you can hear a "buzz" sound from the magnetism which is neither too loud nor annoying, it is forgettable.
IMPORTANT: Speaking with the official service department of Bosch, this model with the indicators below "0-9" is not intended for Greece but for other European countries. The official catalog only has the model "Bosch PUE611BB1E" with the +/- for the intensity of the burners. They told me that this does not affect the warranty, but if something arises, they may prioritize the catalog products first.

Due to the fact that they are induction, they heat up the contents of the pot/pan very quickly, and the heat is not transferred from the glass itself (only through direct magnetism to the pot), resulting in no burning of fats or anything that is thrown from what you are cooking. Therefore, it is not at all tiring to keep them clean! With a wipe of a cloth and a little cleaner, everything is spotless, without the need to scrub and scrub dried fats like with other types of stoves. Also, for this reason, they are safe, you don't risk burning your own hand or a child's, as the stoves automatically stop working if you remove the cookware from the top. However, something special that these specific stoves have, and the reason why I chose them, is that the temperature levels range from 0-9, all on the stoves, there are no + and - which is tiring if you want to quickly switch from 9 to 4 for example. I say this because over time, touch surfaces, like most modern stoves, lose their sensitivity, resulting in the + and - becoming very tiring for the cook who wants to increase or decrease high temperature levels (for example, from 9 to 2, etc.). For me, it is worth its money and I would choose it again and again! I highly recommend it without hesitation!!!!
