I have tried medium strength tires before and I can say that after a few uses, they loosen up and I don't have the same elasticity. I have been using this specific one daily for two months now and it hasn't lost any strength at all! I would buy it again without a second thought.

Very good quality. I believe that the Light is just fine. There is no reason for someone to go for a harder one. It is applicable to many exercises. Essentially, resistance bands were created to replace dumbbells. I mean for home exercise. With a good set of bands, you can do 90% of the exercises. Overall, very satisfied with the product.

Very good tire. It has silicone inside to stay in place. Quite tight. However, after just one month of use, the tires came off.

Very good rubber, sturdy and thick, suitable for leg exercises. It also has silicone lines inside so it doesn't slip when doing exercises. I definitely recommend it even for beginners, it does have a medium resistance that doesn't make it too difficult but you can feel the work it does.
