For 22 euros it's fine. It's not 50 watts, as shown in the photo with the meter. Moderate noise at 1, if you put it on 3 it sounds quite a bit
If you are looking for a very affordable fan, I believe it is the best solution. However, your requirements should be proportional to its capabilities and quality. In my opinion, I suggest that it will make it last longer over time so that the purchase is worthwhile.
1) It should operate without rotation (without wear on moving parts).
2) Low-speed operation (the "idle" always protects the motor).
3) Minimal or no movement in the space (less strain on the body).
Although it only has 3 blades, the noise is at acceptable levels when the head remains still.
Conclusion.
With minimal money, you will acquire something that will withstand time if you only use the On-Off of the low speed and permanently mark a point!
Like all other fans in its category, after 1-2 years they burn out or, in any case, become dysfunctional and end up in the trash. The reason? The motors they use do not have bearings, obviously for cost reasons. Instead, they put some stupid bushings on the motor shaft (which "moves quite a bit back and forth") which eventually "dry out" and the friction on the shaft increases significantly. The fan loses speed (and in many cases stops completely) and the motor overheats until it burns out. I got tired of putting WD40 on the shaft hoping to save it until I find a solution, but I didn't make it in time. It has already gone for recycling. Conclusion? It's good for its price, quiet but not particularly powerful. However, don't expect it to last long...
For 14 euros, very good. Powerful and with relatively little noise. Unfortunately, it has a buzzing sound like a helicopter, but of low intensity. The round base is very convenient, you don't risk getting any of your feet tangled like the others that have a cross shape. It is a much cheaper construction than a Midea that I have, but also cheaper. At 14 euros, you can get it with your eyes closed. (always taking into account its price)
