When I first put it on, it felt sticky. Then I adjusted the amount and with proper application, it's not. It's moisturizing. I would say it's an okay product.

I tried it luckily in a sample. It has a sticky feeling when absorbed and it is not as moisturizing as I imagined. Also, it has some green particles inside, which do not dissolve easily when applying the cream, resulting in rubbing the sensitive area under the eye until they dissolve.
