It does what it was made for. Honest for the money it costs. It came to me in the wrong color - yellow - instead of black.

I got it for my mother. She is old and spends hours on her phone with the internet (she can't really walk...). Anyway, the point is that it worked for her. At first, the construction seemed "cheap" in the unboxing, but it does the job. The fact that the construction is not so "high-quality" doesn't bother me because 1) it seems like it will withstand the test of time and 2) it is so cheap that if it breaks, I will buy her another one...
edit: I forgot to mention, it came in a different color (yellow). My mother didn't care, but if the (any) product was intended for me, I would send it back...

As an idea, it is good BUT... it is not stable due to the material and it constantly moves.

My store sent me the base in pink color instead of black as I ordered. It is a cheap solution if you don't want to spend a lot of money

It seems quite high-quality because it has a very hard but flexible material that locks into place. Overall, it is quite good, but it didn't work for me at all because when placed around the neck, the screen comes too close to the eyes. I would have liked it a little longer.

Very good product and for its price it does what it says. It firmly supports the mobile phone and comfortably adjusts to the neck.

Very good for its price, a problem for someone with presbyopia may be the small distance from the eyes when worn around the neck, but it can be equally effectively used as a simple support on the bed or seat.

I found it convenient to watch movies on my phone while lying on the couch! 5 stars from me! I have a relatively heavy Huawei Nova 5T phone, no problem.
