Very good quality of construction and packaging. Of course, it requires the special Sagre bags to work perfectly. The result justifies the cost of the device and also the cost of the bags. It can handle Sagre bags without any problem, I have tried with three different brands besides its own.
Search a bit, you will find Sagre rolls with a lower cost than its own, around 60 cents per meter.
The maximum time I kept a sealed package was three weeks and the vacuum was preserved just like the first day.
Good construction quality seems. It sucks loudly BUT...
You have to press the lid something.... which is logical.
However, because it has a common vacuum and seal button, it usually does not seal well. When it stops automatically sucking to make a seal, then air passes in the 1-2 fractions of a second that the sealing process lasts, so the process needs to be repeated. I had 4 attempts out of 20. I also noticed that if you first seal a roll to create a bag, then probably due to sensor overheating, the vacuum process never finishes... and therefore the seal never starts. You have to interrupt afterwards.
It does a very good job. I give it 4 stars because the lid doesn't easily snap on and requires a lot of pressure from left to right to "lock", also it doesn't have instructions in Greek and the English ones are all over the place.
Be careful with the bags you will buy, the ones that come in the package and the rolls that are sold separately from the same brand lose their sealing after a few days, after using 30-40 pieces the failure rate was high.
