It can maintain the temperature of the hot oil for a longer time compared to gas fryers and is flexible in its placement in the kitchen as it operates with electricity. It has 2 different baskets so you can fry different products or use the baskets alternately to keep the oil at the right temperature. Each basket holds 6 liters and can fry from 2 to 3 kilograms of potatoes.
