So I bought them on 31/3/2022 and after 4 months the left earbud wasn't as loud as the right one, so I took them for service and they worked fine for another 4 months, but now the left one is only about 10% audible. I'm very disappointed with these earbuds because you pay over 130 euros and you don't expect such results. When the warranty expires, I'll have to pay for every service, what will happen with continuous service? I also had Xiaomi earbuds before, which cost only 10 euros, they may not have had such a strong sound, but they never needed service and didn't give me such problems. Shame on Apple.
I have had these headphones for about 5 years. Obviously the best apple device on sound. It's not by chance first in sales for 8 years.
In 8 months I can't say that I am satisfied with these headphones. I will skip some small problems like the battery of the case and that they get dirty easily because I more or less expected it. However, I never expected the right earphone to sound at a different volume from the left earphone, which has happened at least 3 times in these months (I had to visit a specific store to fix the problem the last two times). Also, almost on a daily basis the headphones connect to the device on their own without me taking them out of their case, which is extremely annoying because it cuts off the sound of the headphone of the mobile phone without me wanting it. Finally, I also include the poor sound isolation among the problems, which makes the headphones almost useless in the noise of the city and especially in the metro. The sound (when you are in a quiet environment) is satisfactory and furthermore the build quality is excellent (classic apple). They are definitely not cheap (120€ in my case) and with that money there are much better options.
The microphones broke after 7-8 months of regular use. Spending so much money and not lasting even a year. . .
I have had them for a year now and despite the 4 stars, I would recommend going for a better model, even on sale if you want something economical. From the beginning and even now, I have the same problem of not charging or recognizing the right earbud, and I have to put them in and take them out many times in order for both to work. Also, because it doesn't have a cushion, it definitely doesn't fit all ears, as it can bother you after a while or even make the earbud fall out. The sound in music and when I talk is good, but even with a little wind, the other person may not hear you well. The rating is purely for what I get as long as they work properly, although I would give 3.5 stars if I could.
EDIT: 3/7/24 these past days im having trouble connecting them and since yesterday the phone would even find at least one of the two airpods when I opened the case. I will be honest, at this point in time you should consider buying a newer model or even wait for the upcoming announcement of newer models.
The headphones are great, the store is excellent, I received them in just one day! And also one of the few times I didn't have to ask for an invoice!
Having owned 4 pairs of wireless headphones, ranging from relatively cheap ones to the AirPods 3, I have to say that these headphones are amazing! As a non-Apple device owner (I have an Android), I have been using these headphones for almost 3 years with heavy daily use (music, movies, calls, workouts, etc.) and they have been flawless! I personally found 2 negatives:
1. After 3 years, the microphone broke and now I can only hear, I can't speak during calls.
2. From the beginning, I noticed that when there is strong wind outdoors, the person I'm talking to can't hear me very well.
As for the rest: battery life, durability, waterproofing, etc., I never had any issues (although they are not waterproof). Their strongest point is their range; personally, I could change rooms and still hear clearly. Overall, compared to the Gen 3, their price has now dropped and they are definitely worth the 120 euros I bought them for back then.
P.S. If someone can afford the Gen 3, it's worth it, as the sound quality is 3 times better!! (they have incredibly upgraded bass)
I have had these headphones for 4 years. Daily use. They are amazing. I have not regretted a second of buying them
Owner of the headphones for 1 month and I have to say that for 2024 only used ones are worth it, their capabilities are very disappointing for their price, better go for newer models from Apple or another company...
UPDATE June 21, 2024, second time that the left headphone plays lower than the right. 2 months after I got them it happened for the first time, I exchanged them as they were under warranty, now after another two months it's the same again, I will probably exchange them again, 120€, mediocre features and all this hassle, enough!
Outdated model, not worth its money. I struggle to hear during airplane trips.
I have bought them twice, once for myself and once for my husband. We both have iPhones and they are just fine. They cannot be compared to the next model, there is a huge difference in sound isolation
The headphones on their own have strong and clear sound but they lack bass and active or passive noise isolation. Their battery life is decent but the case needs frequent charging. As for the fit, they sit in the ears as if they are floating and give you the feeling that they are about to fall out. If you have an iPhone (I use them with the iPhone 13), they connect quickly, show battery level accurately, and have responsive live audio in applications like Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube, etc. The gestures on the headphones, such as double tap, are fast and accurate. However, for the price of €109, there are definitely better options available (especially if you have an Android device).
Very good headphones, they are worth their money and more, also very durable as they have fallen from my ear several times without any damage... they are a must-have accessory for those who use handsfree for a long time every day and especially in combination with an iPhone, it is the best combination.
The sound is good, nothing special.
For me, they are not worth the money because with the same amount you can find something much more valuable.
I would say overrated.
Excellent headphones, excellent microphone, very good battery life (about 2.5 hours of music playback but they really charge very quickly in the charging case), fast connection with Android and Windows, and instant connection with Mac literally. Additionally, you have more functions with Mac/iOS (e.g. pause video and music if you take out at least one earphone, which does not happen with Android), but in general, you have no issues with Windows and Android devices. They are worth their money.
Extremely excellent in every aspect, the only issue is that if you play virtual instruments on GarageBand, it takes a bit longer to transfer the sound to your ear. Otherwise, though, excellent!
I will be brief, the headphones were purchased during Black Friday and I use them on a daily basis. The headphones are good, I can say, but they don't amaze me because they have some significant negatives. Here are the positives:
1) Easy connection with iPhone
2) Good sound quality when used with a mobile device
3) Fast charging
4) Bluetooth response is very good (covers a distance of 15 meters with walls in between)
Negatives:
1) Not very comfortable after a few hours, they can actually cause pain. It would be better to go for the pro version, it's not worth spending money on a lower category than the pro in terms of AirPods.
2) Battery life is not the best, but since it charges quickly, it's not a big issue. Still, it remains a negative point.
3) I do not recommend them for use with a computer at all. I tried using them and the sound was distorted.
4) I had quite a difficult time connecting them to an Android device, as they couldn't be found. But with an iPhone, it worked immediately.
5) Battery percentage is unknown unless you have an iPhone (although there is a sign inside the case that shows approximately how much battery is left, it's not enough for me).
6) Microphone quality
Conclusion: They are not worth it if you really want AirPods. It would be better to go for the pro version or higher. However, if you don't mind them not being Apple, you can go for much more economical options with the same or even better capabilities.
I heard about them and bought them 5 years ago and I am more than satisfied. Now, only in the last year, their battery has decreased a lot (1-1.5 hours max) but otherwise they are great. They connect easily and quickly, they hear you when you speak, good music quality. Very good
I had them for about 1 and a half years and they worked perfectly (I used them almost every day) (I have an iPhone), the battery was okay but the sound was good! However, after a while, the right one stopped working, attempts were made to fix it but nothing worked, so I had to throw them away. I want to buy wireless earphones again and I was advised not to buy a different brand because there is a chance of constant disconnection. Now I don't know if I should buy these again or something newer
Perfect, I have it for 3 months and it works perfectly. The case has fallen 4-5 times and nothing happened, the sound quality with the 3D voice is perfect. They don't fall out of your ears when you use them, even during running or exercising, and they are also water-resistant. They don't fall out at all
I have had them for two years, I use them excessively for 5-6 hours, and they have left me extremely satisfied. They are worth every last euro, and for the skeptics, I recommend trying them out and they will also understand that they are the number one wireless headphones on the market, surpassing all other companies

I bought them 2 weeks ago, I use them very well for 3-4 hours a day to listen to music and talk on the phone. They have very good sound quality and fit very well in the ear. The only negative is that when you wear them for 2+ hours, your ear hurts a little because of the plastic and because they don't have cushions like the pro 2. But they are worth their money and more.
I have had these headphones for 4 years now. Until now, I haven't gone through the process of evaluating them, but today I accidentally put one of the two headphones in the washing machine, and when I realized it, I thought they were done for and it was time to get new ones. To my great surprise, however, not only did it not break, but it works perfectly and charges as if nothing happened! I was thrilled! Excellent quality... indeed, when you buy Apple products, they may seem expensive, but they are completely value for money!
I bought them just yesterday at a very good price due to Black Friday. I use them for music and to watch movies while driving (only one earbud) and at work. The truth is, I was a little afraid of them because the previous series 1 that I had tried hurt my left ear a lot. The generation 2 has nothing to do with the first ones, they fit perfectly in my ears without any pain, and they don't even move from their position even though I have small ears. Now let's get to the point. The sound is excellent, although I would have liked a bit more bass. Immediate response when connecting to my iPhone. The volume of the sound is exceptional. Also, the tap control of the earbuds is invaluable compared to the pressing of the pro, maybe the only thing that bothers me is that I would prefer the design of the 3rd generation of air pods. Now, as for the noise cancellation feature that the pro models have, personally, it doesn't suit me since due to my work, I can only wear one earbud either for calls or for listening to music. Also, the silicone tips, for some strange reason, when I wear them for a long time, they cause me a lot of discomfort. The truth is, I didn't expect them to suit me, but they are excellent (at least for my ears), and I consider them value for money at the price of 100 euros for an Apple product. I definitely recommend them without a second thought.
I bought them 2 years ago for €114 for the iPhone 11 Pro Max, after reading the reviews. They connect quickly, the battery lasts, and most importantly, their sound quality is excellent. Both me and the person I'm talking to have crystal clear sound. I am commenting now because I accidentally put them in the washing machine and luckily they didn't suffer any damage at all. They continue to work perfectly. I recommend them. I would buy them again.
These headphones, along with the iPhone, iPad, Mac, etc., are an extremely powerful duo! A must-have accessory for the iPhone! Surely the cost is not small, but compared to cheaper pairs from other companies, they last longer. The sound is amazing both in music and in calls, and they connect easily to Mac, iPad, and iPhone very easily! They are worth every euro!
It's perfect.... They were worth their money. For so many years, I wore cheap headphones because I considered spending so much money on headphones a waste... but when I decided to do it, I realized how much of a difference it makes compared to the cheaper ones. Of course, they could have been at least 80-90€, but anyway, they are very good.
My experience is the worst because they are not even authentic, so do not buy them from the Internet. I bought them for 155 euros and because the case broke, I took them to istorm and they told me that the only authentic thing could be the cable they give you. It is unacceptable to pay so much money and receive fake headphones. Shame on the company
I have several complaints that they don't listen to me well or they listen to me superficially. For 124€, it's unacceptable.
Other than that, the battery is quite satisfactory as well as the sound.
Two years and two months they lasted, the left earphone stopped working no matter what I tried. For headphones that cost 120€ when I bought them, it is unacceptable.
The replacement costs 95€, while for 130€ you get the whole set.
I should have bought 5 Lenovos instead, I would have made more money in the long run.
