I am 1.90 meters tall, weigh 88 kilograms, and normally wear size 47. I bought these socks in size 46-48, and they are very difficult to put on (due to my poor hand grip). After wearing them for 3-4 hours, I managed to put them on with some help. I felt comfortable while wearing them, but when I took them off with assistance, my feet hurt for about an hour in the areas where the socks were tight. I will try a lower compression and see how it goes

They are difficult to wear if you have a shoe size of 45 because they have a range of 43 to 45, which means that if you have a shoe size of 43, it's fine... but if you have a size 45, things are difficult.
