I do not have a hunchback, but due to work, I had developed a significant curvature. My posture has improved by 90%. I have worn it 6-7 times, at most one hour each time, and I have noticed a big difference. The first 2 times, my back hurt quite a bit, a sign that it was doing its job. Do not expect it to hold you up, it helps with support, opens up the shoulders, and reminds you to maintain good posture.

For its price, it's good. (Let's see how long it will last). I got the XXL and it fits just right (waist 97, height 1.82). As they say, the Velcro opens immediately, so you shouldn't take deep breaths or not breathe at all! I put a waist belt on top to solve the problem.

It offers good support and is definitely much better than some others I tried at ten times the price. The sizes are a bit strange, I am 1.80m and 75kg, the XL is huge for me while the L fits me marginally.

Very poor material. Very small even though I got the xxl size, the Velcro is terrible and doesn't hold at all, and the straps are very small. They don't even come into contact anywhere to catch the fake Velcro.

It does not provide any support, it does not have any good quality materials at all... It is simply a waste of money purchase!!!

2 Sizes bigger for sure, I might even say 3 sizes bigger.
I usually wear Large and I got XXL, as I see it, 3XL would have been perfect for me.

For those who have a problem with their shoulders leaning forward, it does its job perfectly. It prevents the shoulders from slouching and keeps the back quite firm. As for the size, what the previous reviewers mentioned holds true. For a girl with a height of 1.68m and weight of 51kg, the Medium size fits perfectly.

It does not have good support and the side straps are very small, they do not close in the front, resulting in it being purely decorative

I am 1.80, 85 kg and the L feels like a small-medium. Prefer 1 size larger than what you normally wear in clothes.

I don't give it 5 stars because it easily gets scratched and collects a lot of lint.
I improvised with some metal clips/hooks.

Terrible application, not worth it at all unfortunately. It doesn't even fasten correctly. The sticker is of very poor quality.

It provides moderate support. The straps on the back are not strong enough, and no matter how tight you fasten them, you can never achieve perfect support. It definitely does some work, but if there is a severe problem, it is preferable to choose a more "medical" product.
